Boost your confidence

We have all been in those moments when everything is going very well and you start thinking that you can handle the world. And at that point you have a very high self-confidence. (In a good way) From the moment that something bad happens or someone we truly love says you can do it or you actually failed at some point… from then you start losing your confidence. (that’s what happens to me) And it’s normal. Shit happens and we have to accept it, learn from it and move on. That’s life. But what are the things you can do to boost your confidence?


  • Self love

First of all you have to start loving yourself. If you don’t care about yourself you would be able to handle all those negative things that people think or say about you. You have to accept yourself for who you are and what you do in life. If you haven’t achieved all your goals yet, don’t be mad at yourself. That’s not going to help you. You need to keep your head up, move forward no matter what.


  • Positivity

Positivity is the key to you confidence. If you want to boost your confidence you have to start thinking positive. ‘How do you do that?’ Well, start surrounding yourself with positive people. They can help you to start believing in yourself, treat yourself the way you have to treat yourself and of course they will also help you think positive.


  • Stop comparing

Stop comparing yourself with others. If you want to be confidence you will need to focus on yourself. And stop looking to what others are doing. What they are doing is not your business. Look at yourself and work on the things you need to work on. ‘What can I do better?’ ‘How can I start believing in myself?’ That are things that you need to ask yourself. What others are doing doesn’t matter, what matter is what you want in life and what you want to achieve.
